Jamie Locklin

Hi.  I'm Jamie.  I am the lucky husband of Lorinda Locklin and father of five wonderful children: Kaitlyn (7th grade), Beau (4th grade), Evan (3rd grade), Brianna (2nd grade) and Matthew (1st grade). In addition to an unreasonable love of the Houston Astros, Education Technology is my interest, hobby, passion and joy.

 

Professionally I am finishing my M.A. in Education Technology at Azusa Pacific University while working as Instructional Technology Specialist in Sheldon ISD (Houston, TX area).  I recently became a consultant trainer for iPad technology with ProComputing and am hoping to present this year at ISTE and the TCEA Tots and Technology Conference.  In addition to all of this, I have banded together with three friends to start our own training group called TheTechAmigos.com.

 

EDTC 517 is the course this page is created for but I am hoping that it will evolve into a professional portfolio and massive resource for all education technology learners.  Learning about all the digital communication resources will expand this page and help create a foundation for the awesome resources that will follow.
